first college race went well - i almost melted because we ran at noon, i almost got attacked by a swarm of killer bees, and i was almost top ten on the team...gotta keep pushing myself in the workouts and work on my kick and a positive mindset (11th on team, 18th overall, much better than last week and first mile felt great)
