Listened to some zebrahead before the run today, pretty solid jams, stuck in my head for most of the run

Felt okay through the run, pretty humid today, thought I went 8, mapped it, it was a little longer...focused on good relaxed form throughout

Debating racing tomorrow, might just do a quality tempo instead, Walsh XC meet next weekend, Great Race 10k at the end of the month, eff me, my mileage isn't anywhere near where I wanted it. Hopefully having 2-3 years of consistent training will carry me through
