Weather: Easily The Most Humidity I've Ever Dealt With

Cloudy, but the humidity was disgusting, simply put. Anyways, legs were real sore and I'm just going for 42 miles again this week so got a real easy no strenuous effort put forth whatsoever 10K in. Kinda boring at some parts but felt good to get a real true recovery day. Not really sure what I'm doing tomorrow, probably just a maintenance run. Stretches and strides afterwards at the field.
