Great workout this morning! I had been saving this one for a "rainy day" and whaddya know, it rained last night!

400m Run
15x Burpees
15x Jumping Lunges (1-Count)
15x Clapping Push-Ups
75x Sit-Ups
800m Run
30x Burpees
30x Jumping Lunges
30x Clapping Push-Ups
50x Sit-Ups
1 Mile Run
60x Burpees
60x Jumping Lunges
60x Clapping Push-Ups
25x Sit-Ups

Then did 5 minutes of rotating planks.

Walked to the gym after and did some Barbell Snatches

Did 10x KB Windmills @ 16kg each side just to make myself feel good :)
