Comments:
Terrible run--heat exhaustion. Went north on trail to Whetstone Park--stopped to refill water at water fountain and poured water all over to relieve symptoms which helped but energy was totally gone already at just 5 1/2 miles. Went out for a 12 but there was no way to finish.
