First Ranger Challenge Ruck this morning. Went really well. Not quite the pace I was hoping for but we are going to improve as a team.
Went from Lahaye, up the hill to the lot behind East, through East and out to the far intramural field, then across the footbridge and up around South Campus, down the Ward's Road connector, up past the stadium, and back down to Lahaye. Team is looking good.
Ruck weight was probably 40# + Water
