Comments:
sunday afternoon long run. got back to the house after everyone had left to run already. felt pretty tired on the way out, took it real easy. started around 7:30 pace, and slowly worked down. felt good around 5-6 miles in and relaxed into a faster pace. the downhill probably helped after i turned around. probably ran 6:40s most of the way back, slightly faster at the end.
