Weather: Humid and a little rain

Comments:
20x200 @ mile effort. We did them up the dike behind the fence. My legs weren't responding very well today so the times were a bit off but I still feel like I got a good workout in. Average pace was around a 39. I started the workout with the guys and then we split up in to smaller groups and I did the workout with Presto. 5 minutes of fun after.
