Weather: Sunny and humid but not terrible

Comments:
This workout was decent in term of hitting my times but it felt terrible. That thing on my upper left thigh hurt like a mofo. It's weird because it stretches from like the inside. It hurst usually when I land but today it hurt after the workout which is weird. I think it didn't hurt as much yesterday because I took ibeprofuen. Pace was 3:45- 3:47, 3:44, 3:44 then pace was 3:39- 3:38, 3:39, 3:25? Last one is vague. Cooldown was an itch. Back, Plank, 100-Up, LC2.
