Comments:
Warmup with Daisy, cooldown with Daisy, Katie, Gaby. 6x800 workout with Jen, Julia, Katie and a little bit Beteeny. I felt pretty good for the workout except for the last one and I always feel like a ton of lead on the speediest one of the day :( after we did 4x100m stride things that were pretty fast and I didn't feel well. It was fine though. Extra work at home.
