Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
14:00 warmup. Then went right into a quick mile on the track: 6:30 pace. Then jogged a mile to strawberry field, then did 5x800s on a loop with rolling hills...30 seconds rest in between each. Then jogged a little, then did 4x200 meter strides on an incline. Short cool down. hard workout, but felt really good
