half an hour on the resistance bike. upped the resistance throughout to keep my heart rate 120-130 at 90 RPM's. resistance started at 6 and was at 8 at the end.

STEM (electrical impulse) therapy with Jess on my right calf. Ice during. good stretching, abs, hips after. my leg felt a lot better. the STEM helped a lot I think to relax those muscles. I think the cramping up near my knee was actually caused by the tightness down near my ankle. I really need to focus down that whole side of my leg.
