my leg felt a lot better while I was hauling ancient computers around the quad for work. so when they let me out I headed back to veale to bike some more before my evening class. I feel REALLY bad about not running today because I also took Sunday off. my milage is shot, but maybe it's okay. I knew at Sudeck that I was prepared, just not fresh. Maybe, now, at Calvin, I'll be both! :)

Resistance inc. 6 to 9 in the first 10 mins then constant for the next 20. consistent heart rate and RPM's like earlier today.
