Comments:
4 laps with 45 sec break. may have pushed a bit too hard on the second lap, but didn't slow down much because of it. 7:48, 7:44, 7:48, 7:55. shoes were waterlogged by the end from the light rain we got on the second rep, which made the workout a bit harder on my hips and upper legs.
right arch has been feeling slightly better. no treatment yet. hamstrings have been really tight/sore for the past few days, need to roll them out
