Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Sit ups 8 X 15 on incline sliders, 3 X 15 torso bends, ball on the wall, leg exercises, hamstrings and quads 5X 15 each with light wt as settings 1 thru 3 . Discomfort later end of day - but better - trotted to and from gym - no discomfort
