Doublin' Up

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ranger Challenge PT SUCKED!:
Warm-Up: 200m jog, 20x Pushups, 20x Hip-emphasis Sit-Ups

5 Rounds:
Bear Crawl ~100 feet
Standing Broad Jump back, but every 5 Jumps, do 3 Burpees.

After a brief rest, did regular PT:
8 Rounds:
200m Run
20x Push-Up
10x Squat

My stomach hates me for some reason. Maybe jumping and doing burpees isn't the greatest thing for your gut. Oh well. My legs are still pretty sore from the past few days but not horrible. RC team is still looking good but I had to make a few cuts today.
