A Shitty Premeet

Comments:
We had a 10 mile Premeet today which is pretty high for me already. The main problem was that my legs felt like garbage the whole day. We did the extended saucon valley run and took the run really slow, definitely way over 7 minute pace but I still felt really sore and fatigued. Doesn't help I still feel sick too.
