Weather: humid hot, 80s.

Comments:
warmup with sara (i almost got ran over by a bus). workout with kaaayla. cooldown alone. workout was better than usual. i hateeee 200s with a passion cause it F's up my breathing but today wasn't that bad. stayed on pace, soome were quick by a second. sorrry :( anyway, calves were sore afterrr. ankle feels better from yesterday's little roll. and shins were hurting during warmup but felt fine during workout.

goal: 55-56, splits: mostly between 54-56.
goal: 51-52, splits: mostly between 50-51.

goal: 49, split: 49.
all out: :37.

extra: shin/calf rehab, calf raise, myrtle, lunge.
