I ate more and better of a lunch today. I hydrated better than the day before but still need to work on getting better with that. I cramped very little on the warm up. It soon went away. I felt fine with the first set of 5 200s. The last two of the second set of the 200s was when I started to feel fatigued. But after we completed those last two and had that long break, I felt good again. The end of the third set I started to feel fatigue. The last set I felt sorta crappy. My breathing sucked. After every run I felt like it was a little harder to breath and a little harder to control my breath But I felt like I ran well because every time in my last set dropped time. My all out time was 3 or 4 seconds faster than my time before. After that my legs felt shot and my cool down time reflects that. I felt like I had a really good workout because every time Anthony and Will and I hit our times. Except for once when we went over by about 1.5 seconds. I felt a billion bucks better than yesterday and was happy with my performance.
