Comments:
Heat in the training room before on the side of my lower right leg. Took hydrating pills too. Actually felt fine during. But I need to get better at hills. I don't think I'm really as strong as I used to be. Need to use my arms. And maybe get some arms to use.

Warmed up extra before because I knew I wouldn't have time after. I was right. Showed up to class drenched in sweat. Serves them right, not moving the class like I said they needed to. hmpf. -_-
