Weather: HOT

Comments:
The first four laps felt really sluggish, and I attribute that to poor hydration and nutrition, but I started to feel better for the second half (negative splits!). After the run, I did some stretching excercises and PT excercises for about 20-30 minutes, which worked me like another full workout. No pain in the knee, and overall felt good.
