Comments:
Workout felt pretty shitty i was cramping up pretty badly despite hydrating well. But but i still got the job done, 8x800m pretty tiring workout pace. 2:51-2. And 2:44 for the fast sets. I was pretty much spot on for all of them and got a 2:34 on the last one. My left ankle was still acting up a bit on turns and such
