Comments:
ran hills like freshman year in the meadow. one long hill loop, then the short hill loop, then out around the big field with a strider on the back straight. it wasn't too muddy, but the steep hill was a little slippery. felt unbelievably easy for the first 4 or 5, then the sprints began to set in. we took the recovery really easy, and ran each loop in 3:30-3:40. pretty sore by the end. good workout.
cooled down up fairhill to mlk, then north park to bellfield, and back to veale via edgehill-murray hill.

downstairs for another barnes swim. felt better than yesterday. for reference:
10 laps- 6strokes/breath, 5 laps- back kick, 1 lap underwater.
