Comments:
easy post workout day. still feeling kind of worn down although I took it very slow. Started to feel a little dizzy just 20 minutes in and then me and a few other guys made a new pack and took it easier than the others because it is a recovery day after all. Didn't sleep that great, woke up at 4 again. Took a several hour nap 11:15-1:15 today.
