Comments:
Did 4 laps with 45 second rests. I completely bombed this workout. My goal pace was 8:17 which is around 5:34/mile. The first one felt fine and I hit it in 8:14 running with the group. The second one I started to feel hot and my breathing got really bad and I fell off the pace doing 8:30. I only ended up getting around 20 seconds rest after this one. The third and fourth ones I just felt completely terrible on. I felt really dizzy on the cooldown back. Bad day, I feel like I'm not running to my potential and something is up.
