that was fun..not really. the towpath reminds me of our track at home. gotta love that gravel stuff.
my pace was supposed to be 7:05-7:15 (last week was 7:25-7:45) so naturally I was pretty scared and wanted to pee my pants a little/cry. but it was ok. I ran with Evy, Megan, and Rebecca and was in the back for the first two miles. 7:05, 7:25, 7:05. the last mile felt really good, the second mile was really slow. overall 10 seconds faster than last week. Evy helped push me a lot..good workout :)
