White Lake sprint. Line up just behind the first row and go out strong. 14:27, 4th out of 13 in age group, but WHOOPED Marty by a second! Arms heavy compared to yesterday. Second turn bouy congested with slower swimmers. Just get it done. Set up for a 2.5 min PR on the course.
