Long Run

Comments:
went down at 8 and put 4 miles in via Coventry Loop alone. Then Thea met me at veale and we went up around the second lake. Finished it up with two barefoot laps on vanhorn with Drew.

Usually I'm really exhausted during long runs while my legs feel fine, but today it was kind of the other way around. Felt fresh and almost easy to put in 12 miles, but at the same time none of my joints feel right. Awful tight spot on the top of my left quad, tightness in my right lower leg and ankle, some pain in my knees. I want to not be old anymore!!!
