Pretty bad day all around, really getting tired of this shit. Ran over to the park, then some shortened argonne loop then one interval on tennis courts which blew then just a cooldown. I don't mind what we did at all what I mind is how slow I did it. I just couldnt fucking move any faster and I'm really starting to get tired of it.
