Comments:
Despite the title, I wouldn't say I was elated to be cross training, but after some minor knee pain over the weekend, a couple weeks of running at least 6 times a week and the relays on thursday, I thought it would be a good idea to cross train. Luckily I had my iPod and there was a volleyball game going on, so I was able to go fast for 25 minutes without getting bored.
