Comments:
1600,2x800,4x400 with 2:00 rest in between everything. Times were 4:53, 2:21, 2:18, 63, 63, 63, 63. Didn't feel too strained at any point and held myself back for most of the repeats. I've done this workout a lot but these were the best times I've ever hit. A solid result although nothing groundbreaking.
