easy pre-race

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ran early from veale to the ugly statue and met up with Kelsey. we did the coventry loop and I said it would be 5.5 but I think we didn't take murray hill when we were supposed to, or I was just really confused. I think that might have been it and I should have said 4.5. Sorry Kelsey!!! either way, she stopped at the football field and I ran up through little italy and back to Veale.

Did 4 striders, hard out, easy back on vanhorn field. did them barefoot. felt pretty good, strong and fast. there was a boy on vanhorn with a remote control helicopter that was actually kinda big and went really really fast!! I was slightly scared that he might accidentally crash it into me. I always got nervous when it got near the turbine too. between him this morning and the crazy gymnastics flipping guy last night, I really like all the entertainment on vanhorn and I hope it keeps up :P

Was going to do bear but the closet was locked and coach wasn't here so I did my own long abs thing that I made up with lots of jackknives in it.

still sore in my left hip flexor so lots of stretching and rolling and ice after.
