Comments:
I found out that I'm running in the varsity race tomorrow which changes my race strategy quite a bit. I'll be working to stick with that group of 5 through a mile and a half and see what happens. On the run today I didn't feel great going out but, I really loosened up well on the way back and felt good. I did 8 strides after.
