Comments:
First interval work of the season today at wyman park. bad footing and hills made these reps pretty rough but good xc work regardless.
roughly we did 2 x 1100 with 2:30sec rest, then 3 x 2000 with 3:30 rest, and then one last 1100 all at I pace.
I held one with the top group as best i could, worked pretty hard.
