1100 (3:41), 1100 (3:40), 2000 (6:55), 2000 (6:56), 2000 (7:01), 1100 (3:45). 2:30 after the 1100s, 3:30 after the 2k's
on BIA, distances are estimates. work was just slower than I pace judging by the effort, which was a shock to the body, especially considering the volume of this workout. Though I was a bit tired from the gym/hills yesterday, stayed strong on the hills and grassy areas today, which I wanted to focus on. Workout went well as I felt smooth up the hills after changing my uphill form and kept a quick stride on the longer grass, both of which I wanted to work on. Last rep was very hard. Still need to work on getting off the line quickly. strides with spikes afterwards. Very easy tomorrow, with probably pool running.
