Ankle Roll

Me and Stephen decided to go and explore the trails behind sayre for the double. My legs were still really tired so we we're going pretty slow. However, unfortunately for me, I rolled my ankle because the trails were really narrow and rocky. I was able to run it off and we kept going on even narrower trails. I rolled my ankle again about 2 miles later on, and this one really hurt. I had to stop for about 5 minutes. I called Nick to pick me up, but then found I could run on it lightly and as I was running it felt a bit better (but it still hurt). Nick got me after I made it about another .5 miles. It hurt a lot when I got back which was unfortunate but I iced and I think it'll improve.
