Comments:
Wanted to do another dry run of the race start before next Saturday. Plan was to run straight 6:30s because that is how I want to start out. This felt really easy today, but it was too fast in the later miles. I really need to be extra patient. I don't want to start dropping 6:15s in the race until at least 10 miles and maybe 13 miles in. I would rather start out much too slow than kill a race because I got too anxious and went. Respect the distance.
