Wanted to run fast today, did it I guess haha. I really wanted as my ultimate goal to hit 32:30 at the 5 mile but I was about 30 seconds off or so sadly. But thasts alright, first time running this fast for this long in awhile, felt pretty good. Certain later points in the run I found my mind drifting off and not really focusing as much as I as should have but thats okay. Very glad I did this instead of the race this morning haha. Not really sure if this is considered a tempo or not..think it was a bit too fast haha. Anyways first 1.08 6:55, 2.16 13:46, just under 3 miles at 19:31, just under 4 at 26:05 then 5 at about 33:08 or so. Last 160 or after that point I busted pretty hard haha. Barefoot strides and stretches on the cold wet grass afterwards, oh how I've missed that
