Was feeling really lazy by the end of the day. Went for a walk and decided that since it was so nice out I was gonna do some kettlebells outside when I got home.
I did the "Captain Bluebear Complex":
Clean
Squat
Press
Overhead Squat
Snatch
Switch arms after each complex.
AMRAP 20 Minutes
I got 82! (Each arm = 1)
