workout day. 1100, 1100, 1940, 1940, 1940, 1100. did them at Wyman park. Tough loop, the hill was annoying and the footing wasn't very good. Was off my times again and feeling tired. Can't remember all of my times at this point. Really fell off on the last few 1940s.

I wore the heart rate monitor for this one. I ended the first one at 190 and then I was 195-197 during all the rest. I was at 140-150 at the end of each rest.
