Comments:
Ran this in 3 parts while waiting for CKells to return from getting some Jesus. Ran the first 5 alone and then joined up with David, Chris, and Joe. Felt pretty energetic at the beginning, probably from my caffeine this morning, but then halfway through I came back down to earth feeling real tired.
Essentials: 75 push ups, 200 abs, hips, stretch, roll.
