Comments:
At Hotel Monaco in DC. Used an elliptical machine as only a runner would... Built the intensity and alternated the intensity and resistance. Went for about 20 minutes, but ran out of time for more. Finished with a good round of plans and push up progression. Back was sore after getting off the machine from working the arms so hard to get the darn thing to move at resistance level 20.
