1 min on 1 min off for 24 minutes.
oh my goodness i felt absolutely terrible during this workout. From the beginning the "on" minute was a struggle. I ended up dropping from my group and running with stephen which helped tons. He kept the intensity of the minute consistent.
This was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done.
