Warmup and Cooldown was the commute
Forgot watch, but here is a guess at each 400

The three sets were separated by a 5 minute break whereas each 400 was separated by maybe 45 seconds. Then we did 2 more laps containing 4 30 second sprints apparently called lactate stackers
