Stomach Issues

Weather: Beauitful, 72 and Sunny And Breezy

Comments:
Long warmup, then intervals at the track. My stomach was really giving me a tough time today, missed some intervals here and there because of it and had to slow down every once in awhile which was obviously annoying. Whatever though outside of that not a bad day. 1st interval was starting at the 200 pole and going across the field and then following fence back around, 2nd one was starting at the alumni course up the hill and then zig zags (felt real good for that and pushed that the hardest all day), 3rd was 3x normal half moon intervals (.22 each including the hill not just around the fence) then an easy reovery then finally a 36 second run (16 at 100, 31 at 200, made it to like 235 or so I guess) Pretty sore by that point, not fast enough unfortunately. Supposedly tomorrow is all distance, HA.
