Comments:
About 2.5 miles into the run I got pissed about my abysmal race on Saturday and decided to put some strength in my legs. picked up the pace and cruised through campus and pack to my apartment...felt surprisingly good. Jogged it out afterward to get an even hour...wanted sub 6 pace on the long part, just about hit it.
Happy with the workout, just sucks that I got back late.
