Comments:
Did one of my favorite workouts today: the progression long run. Quality. Took it a little easier early but I felt like we worked into the segments as they went along. Me and Ethan ended up running most of this together. We discussed a lot of stuff. Really quality long run to be honest. We worked the hard segment to my liking. Felt really good and relaxed. Quality workout.
My back is sore form lifting though. And long runs kill legs for lifting.
