September goals

I've got to get focused on training. I've pulled out of RTB to avoid destroying my knees, but I'd like to race once or twice this fall locally (maybe Somerset and Edgemoore). I need to be better about using the Saturday-Tuesday chunk for quality runs. If I get in a quality day or run around at meets for 6ish... Go for 7-10 on Sundays, aim for 5 and 8 on Mondays and Tuesdays... I'll have over 25 for those four days. With runs at practice on at least four days each week I should be able to get at least 12-15 more miles. That means any week I'm focused I should be at 35 to 40 miles.

I've got to schedule PT for early in the week, I should follow up with Dr. Booker for a check in on the back. I can certainly find time for more lower back strength work and push-ups and planks should be happening more too.
