My legs, mostly my shins felt awful the first half. After I left the bank my legs felt a lot better and fresher for some odd reason. I definitely shouldn't have ran as far as I did. Probably shouldn't have ran at all considering I did a 90 minute run 2 days ago and did a leg workout at the Kroc yesterday.
