ouch.
This was going well until it didn't around the...3rd 400m.
I have not been taking care of my body as well as I should have. I don't want to leave in the middle of the bathroom to go pee so I end up drinking less water... not enough lunch and too much snack when I get home. It's not good. anyway the not taking care of yourself got to me during this workout and honestly Cutler kicked my butt.

However, the strides afterward felt AMAZING!! (How is that possible???!!)
